By submitting / uploading your artwork to JazzART, you give Axon Radio / JazzART permission to use (display, showcase, promote) your artwork on all platforms that distribute Axon Radio Live programming and content. Axon Radio / JazzART agrees that all artwork used in conjunction with our programming will be accompanied with proper attribution, as provided by you during the submission process. In addition, you agree that you have legal right to submit the provided artwork for consideration on Axon Radio Live. Note that submission is not a guarantee of use by JazzART. Axon Radio / JazzART reserves the right to remove any submission that we may deem inappropriate.
